Restoration Manager - Media

- Leading a business vertical of Digitization (Films, Audio/Visual, Photo Negatives & Positives, Slides, Prints), Enhancement & Digital Film Restoration across levels

- Detailed understanding of restoration tools and implementation of the same across different variety of content issues

- Customer relationship management and relationship building

- Leading Process Planning, Scheduling, Tech. discussions & project communication with the client & partner offices

- Estimating & Planning accurate manpower requirement based on skills availability on different type of projects and business needs

- Own P&L for the business, ensure operational efficiency and enhance service delivery standards

- Defining and implementing processes / SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) for the Department to generate maximum productivity and highest product quality

- Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems

- Ensuring seamless file delivery & media archival via different type of transfers

- Actively participate in defining SLAs for the client and development performance metrics to track performance progress

- Conceptualizing customer retention strategies based on extensive operational analysis and dynamics.

- Ensure skills enhancement through cross functional training to enhance resource utilization and productivity

- Building reports for Preventive & Corrective maintenance of equipment & related accessories

- Monitoring project status and reported project details to senior and executive-level management.

- Developing the process workflow by understanding client's requirements for their content and executed accordingly.

- Improving digitization productivity resulting into overall additional annual revenue generation

- Conceptualised & designing Workflow Management System (WMS) for the department that helps in instant file tracking, monitoring & evaluating quality of projects throughout the digitization cycle 

- Automated report generation & aids in Invoice generation

- International exposure and cross country project/team management would be added advantage
