Job Role for Restaurant Manager
- Leading and Managing Restaurant,
- Take responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant,
- Responsible for driving sales, and profitability,
- Organise marketing activities, such as promotional events and discount schemes etc.
- Understands P&L,
- Responsible Cost optimization and management,
- Comply with licensing laws and other legal requirements - ensuring all the licenses are in place and timely renewed,
- Plan and coordinate for menu designing, change in menu (if required) in coordination with the Head Chef,
- Close coordination with the operations team and ensuring that kitchen, bar and service team, are working as a team - responsible for teamwork and team building,
- Ensuring excellent Guest service and responding to complaints efficiently
- Developing and implement budgets and SOPs for restaurant,
- People management - Responsible for recruitment, Training & Development and engaging & motivating team.
- Inventory management (check stock levels regularly, order supplies, waste management etc),
- maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and safety.
