Resourcing Head
The Role will be :
- Responsible for creating and driving Talent Acquisition Strategy & Headcount Budgeting for the year; and following the same consistently
- Lead the talent acquisition team to staff client teams with high quality talent; within the set TAT & Cost
- Drive and create talent acquisition initiatives like Diverse talent within the organization
- Lead Senior Management orientation for the group
- Champion compliance in Various Internal / External Audits
- Facilitate consistent implementation of Recruitment Management System, across locations
- Create and execute a strategy for Employer Branding
- Campus hiring and engagement
- The candiate must be Post graduate in Human Resources with 7-8 years of relevant work experience in MNCs / leading corporates
- Strong domain knowledge mandatory i.e. resourcing and HR
- Good communication and presentation skills
