Responsibilities :
- Achieve operational efficiency and effectiveness throughout the recruitment process.
- Management of all day to day activity for the recruitment of temporary and permanent staff
- Advising on recruitment strategy and sourcing techniques for a broad range of roles
- Creating, reviewing and updating recruitment processes to ensure best practice, internal policy compliance, and external legislative compliance
- Various in-depth reporting - i.e. financial, headcount, HR,
- Managing escalation of HR/recruitment issues and escalate to Account Director where appropriate
- Ensuring full compliance with the Service Level Agreement
- Design appropriate strategy for specific recruitment campaigns
- Work closely with the Team Leads to ensure that upcoming requirements can be met within budget and timescales
- Creating, reviewing and updating recruitment processes to ensure best practice, internal policy compliance, and external legislative compliance
- Providing strategic partnership with key stakeholders, ensuring they are kept abreast of all recruitment developments
- Feed into Quarterly Business Reviews for their specific Business area
Financials :
- Full responsibility for P&L
- Monthly review and account for changes and peaks and troughs in revenue
- Forecast analysis in line with 6 monthly period
- Ensure a full understanding of the contract and potential updates needed to align profitability.
