Resourcing Lead - Telecom

The position is responsible for providing quality resourcing and facilitation of initiatives in manpower planning at the circle'

- Fulfilling manpower requirements through effective Talent Acquisition

- Managing referral money payout, joining bonus, notice buy out

- Reduction / Optimization of recruitment cost

- Maintain vendor relations, resolve billing or service related issues

- Coordinate with HR shared service to process travel, pre-hire information, ensure background verification, rollout approved offer, and for pre-employment medical check-up for candidate.

- Sourcing candidates through external / Internal / any other channels and sharing feedback
