- Handle End to End Recruitment Cycle.
- Plan and implement hiring strategies in the organisation.
- Ensure the KRI, Processes and Policies of the organisation is managed.
- Maintain and improve on the resourcing utilization of the delivery center.
- Manage and evaluate the recruitment vendors.
