Job Description :

- Position Summary

- TD Service team member for specific practice (PAN India)

Key Result Areas :

- Staffing service delivery for the BU

- Pro-active and solution-oriented approach to resourcing

- Maintain clean demand

- First level of escalation for BU managers

- Track and course-correct Staffing Assurance Metrics

- Location / BU Talent deployment effectiveness & efficiency

Typical Responsibilities :

Business / Customer

- Work closely with BU head / Ops Head / Managers/ Associates

- Interact with business managers to gather and understand upcoming resource requirements

- Provide detailed reports and analysis to business managers to enable intelligent decision making

- Maintain optimal utilization and analyze the trends in associate utilization and billability

- Working together with Business Ops team for workforce planning and forecasting

- Extensive interaction with all corporate functions including HR, TAG and

- Academy teams for better service offering to associates and business.

- Understand career aspirations of associates and provide required guidance/support

- Provide suitable opportunities for offshore associates in APAC geos. Also, guide offshore associates who have completed their onsite assignment with necessary relocation support or find other suitable opportunities within the respective region

Minimum Eligibility Criteria :

- Commitment to stay in the new role (No. of months): 18 - 24 months
