Resource Manager (Recruitment)

1. Experience in the hiring and should have good technical knowledge in ERP, IT Skills, etc.

2. Finding top talent and convincing them to bring their unique skills to the company.

3. Responsible for end-to-end hiring: Sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiation, and closing candidates for the requisitions within a hiring target date specified by the hiring manager.

4. Manage domestic and US recruitment leads & recruiters.

5. Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers for both US and India.

6. Work closely with the seniors/ management to identify current and future talent needs.

7. Participate in the branding.

8. Should have the knowledge in any HRMS tool.

9. Should have the knowledge in ISO &ISMS for HR process.

Shift: Eur. shift (2:00 pm 11:30 pm)
