The job location for this role would be CHENNAI - INDIA and is with my client who is a US IT STAFFING Firm headquartered at SANTA ANA - California. PST Timings - At the moment it is a WORK FROM HOME gig until the end of this year after which the selected applicant will be expected to report to the CHENNAI BRANCH. Description : - Leading a team of recruiters to manage the complete recruitment life- cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation to onboarding. - Identifying and sourcing appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization/client. - Identifying future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements. - Responsible for Employer branding by positioning the company as a great place to work in order to attract, engage, and hire the best candidates. - Lead process improvements and implement best practices in recruitment function. - Work with business stakeholders to forecast headcount and ensure cost-effective measures of manpower planning. - Publish recruitment reports, metrics, and dashboards quarterly. Skills / Experience : - Work experience of 10 - 20 years with at least two to 8 years in Recruitment. - Proven relationship building and candidate sourcing skills through social media, job portals etc. - Worked on process improvement assignments. - Excellent in interpersonal skills and stakeholder management. - Ability to meet deadlines and is solution-driven. - Proficient in the usage of MS Office tools. - Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
