Resource Manager - IT

- Independently handle the Fulfilment Activities for the assigned demand portfolios

- Work with the Account/Delivery team for demand shaping

- Manage Existing and future Bench and have deployment plan for all resources

- Marking the requirement for Recruit/Contract in case of non-availability of Internal Resources. Creation of Job Codes for external hiring demands

- Co-ordinate with Competency/Training Team and Recruitment team to fulfill demands through Train to Bill and Hiring/Contract modes

- Map all Pending Joiners and recently Joined to the appropriate Account demands

- Track all the fulfilment transaction till closure and maintain the Fulfilment tracker

- Rotation of Senior resources for fulfilling the key positions in new deals

- Allocations, Proposals and Campus hires deployment and maintaining Fresher Billability Index
