Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement resource allocation strategies that align with operational objectives and client requirements.

- Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and allocate resources effectively.

- Identify and onboard top talent, conducting recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.

- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of project requirements and skill sets needed for successful execution.

- Monitor resource utilization and make recommendations for adjustments to optimize productivity.

- Collaborate with HR to streamline resource management processes and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
