Resource Management Leader - IT

As a Resource Deployment Leader, the candidate will :

- Provide thought-leadership to assist the business in determining staffing requirements and identifying key skills and providing systematic support for the resources.

- Collaborate with the business to forecast demand and ensure supply that aligns to the demand.

- Manages highest level of key stakeholders to ensure maximization of business with an optimum cost.

- Collaborates in the development of processes and systems to track, identify, task and plan resources for business demand.

- Manages reskilling/upskilling of the workforce to align with the demand

- Lead the resource deployment team across the globe
