Resource Management: Lead (US Shifts)
The Revenue assurance function is responsible for assuring revenues to the Organization from people addition perspective. The function develops monthly, quarterly and annual talent fulfillment plans for the assigned vertical / service line, in line with growth and profitability objectives
Experience:6 - 8 Years
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensuring fulfillment of a requirement internally or externally. Understanding and identifying the availability of internal profiles and should be able to sell it to the customer.
- Forecasting: Keeping track of employees who are in the verge of changing / moving out projects. View of promoted candidates.
- People on Bench: skill upgradation and cross skill training.
- Manage cost while working on revenue.
- Internal Fulfillment: Billing efficiency: Managing bench. Ensuring around 84 % efficiency and staffing does not get affected. Close tracking of the project.
- Excellent coordination with different stakeholders and building healthy relationship with clients.
- Build good relation: move ahead from supplier vendor mindset.
