Resolutions Manager - Real Estate

GENERAL SUMMARY :

- The incumbent shall be a seasoned real estate professional with professional experience of generating leads, having a pan India list of real estate agents and investors, closing property sale deals. He/She will need to specialize in managing disposal of stressed assets with good understanding of real estate valuation.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Handling of all underlying documentation & processes required to conclude a property sale

- Own & handle E auctions and relevant procedures

- Manages reports, dashboards & financial metrics for the function

- Knowledge of sale under SARFESI, property valuation, legal aspect of property sale
