Position: Residential National Sales Head.

About Client:

Our client is An ISO 9001 certified, privately owned company established in 1985 with vast experience of about three decades in plastic printing and converting industry. They are Manufacturers of Packaging Material Made of Polythene, Polypropylene. They are preferred vendor for clients like TATA, HLL, Reliance Industries, Amway, Raymond, ITC, Planet-M etc. Their current annual turnover is around 30 crores and their objective is to become 1 billion organizations in next couple of years.

No. of Position: 1

Position Report to: Director.

Location of Position: Home Based

Direct report for this position: 10 to 15 people.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and implement effective direct sales strategies and lead nationwide direct sales personnel toward achievement of corporate sales objectives.

- Develop competencies and processes required to create an effective and efficient sales organization.

- Provide leadership through effective communication of vision, active coaching and development while comparing sales results to goals and taking appropriate action to correct when necessary.

- Provide sales management, budget control, compensation programs and incentive planning.

- Ensure effective hiring, orientation, training, development and retention of sales staff.

- Provide supervision through field visits, observations and measurement of results to include performance appraisals and salary reviews.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.

- Manage to meet/exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.

Critical requirements:

- Any candidate with PGDBM/PGDM/PGDBA(Sales and Marketing) with experience of 8 to 15 years of experience in commercial sales.

- Experience in handling at-least 2 to 3 states sales team.

- Minimum 4 years of experience in Team management.

- Experience in Strategy development, project management, problem solving, and change management and directing personnel towards achievement of corporate sales objective.

- Needs to travel at-least

Salary: 9 lacks per annum + Incentives + Standard deductions and benefits
