Educational and Professional Qualifications:

Preferably a Graduate Civil Engineer having at least 20 years' experience in project management including supply chain management.

He should have at least 3 years' experience of working independently as a Project in Charge in a French speaking African country.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

The incumbent will be required to take up the responsibilities of a country head for Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC)

He will assume the supplementary role of representing the organization in Kinshasa

The incumbent will be responsible for Administration of Office, staff and other facilities in Kinshasa.

Extending all local procurement and logistical support to the projects in consultation with HO.

Identification of various local vendors for supply of materials,spares and equipment in consultation with project in charges and HO.

Maintaining excellent relations with all concerned Ministries and offices of Govt. of DRC in order to be able to get prompt responses and timely permissions for effective and economic execution of the projects.
