We, Empyrean Partners, one of India’s leading search and selection firm, are looking for Researcher (General Research ) position for an International Management Consulting Firm

POSITION SUMMARY

- We are strong candidate to fill a Researcher position to be based out of New Delhi.

The Researcher will interact largely with local teams and use an extensive collection of internal and external information resources to gather, filter, synthesize, package and deliver information to . The Researcher is expected to be supporting across industry / topic but expected to develop industry / topic affiliation over time

Roles and Responsibilities

- Provides support on company work

- Conducts secondary and primary research covering a range of sectors or topics; manages multiple requests

- Evaluates data quality and provides basic synthesis and packaging of research results (e.g., using Excel, PowerPoint)

- Assists others in navigating the knowledge network by connecting them with materials and people

- Identifies, monitors and communicates key research-related trends and issues

- Supports development of client business

- Helps build proposals by maintaining repository of client vignettes, credentials and resumes

- Supports local marketing and business development activities

- Promotes innovation by identifying new concepts and facilitating their capture

- Develops strong working relationship case teams

- Participates in discussions, l trainings and local office activities

- Works with to capture, codify and maintain knowledge generated on

Profile Background:

- 12 - 24 months of work experience with professional services / research firms

- Written and conversational fluency in English

- Bachelors degree in Economics from a reputed university with demonstrated high academic achievement

- Strong understanding of macro economic concepts like GDP, Demographics, working population, Gross Output, etc.

- Understanding of primary and secondary research techniques and information sources/databases (such as, Indiastat, Factiva, Euromonitor) preferred.

- Accuracy and strong attention to detail; effective prioritizing and multi-tasking ability; energetic, keen to contribute, and passionate about research

- Excellent written/oral communication skills

- Prior experience in research with exposure to macro economic topic / enagegements is preferred

- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
