Mandatory skills :

1. Experience in B2B research.

2. Experience in Analyzing :

- Market need, size and competition.

- Vertical research - capturing trends and gaining insights

- Geo specific Research - Geo trends

- Competition research and analysis

- Profiling and account plan

- Social Media accounts

3. Good understanding of the US market in the technology and customer service space

4. Experience in developing documents for executive board consumption
