Research Manager - Consulting Firm

Responsibilities :

Team Leadership :

- Supervise and mentor a team of researchers, providing guidance on research methodologies, project management, and professional development.

- Foster a collaborative and innovative research culture within the team.

Data Collection and Analysis :

- Oversee data collection processes, ensuring accuracy and reliability. External stakeholder management.

- Shortlisting and sourcing of the databases that will be required by the research team and engaging in relationships with the external agencies.

Client Communication :

- Collaborate with consultants to understand client needs and present research findings in a clear and impactful manner.

- Engage with clients to gather additional information and insights as needed.

Research Design and Methodology :

- Design and implement research studies that address client requirements and project objectives.

- Stay updated on the latest research methodologies and tools to enhance the quality of research services.

Data Collection and Analysis :

- Supervise data collection processes to ensure accuracy and reliability.

- Conduct thorough data analysis and present actionable insights to consulting teams and clients.

Qualifications :

- 4+ years of experience in research management, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment.

- Demonstrated success in leading and managing research projects from initiation to completion.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Familiarity with various research methodologies and tools
