Research Lead

We are looking for agile, curious and passionate people for our thought leadership (research, innovation & intervention design) function - who are empathetic to the problem statement & to stakeholders, and can work comfortably across domains.

You must be articulate, have strong analytical skills, be results oriented, be energised by learning and creating.

Your responsibilities will include - 

- Conducting/commissioning secondary & primary research

- Designing interventions for pilots

- Sourcing innovation

- Identifying need gaps and novel solutions for those working with partners to co-create

- Writing papers and reports to establish thought leadership,

- Creating tools and frameworks

- Maintaining data assets and knowledge base.

- Measuring outcomes.

- You must be a post-graduate with relevant work experience and (preferable) experience in the impact space.
