Research Head

- Research Head role in the customer division of the company

- Be part of the growth journey of the division and doubling the turnover in the next 2 years.

9-10 / 10-12 years of experience in research

Has hands on experience on Customer Satisfaction Surveys, Stakeholder opinion, Image studies

Good grounding in Quantitative techniques

Some B2B exposure will be an added advantage

- Details of the role:

Delivery of projects

Leading a team of researchers

Guide and mentor the team

Project management

Design of research plan for engagements

Client management and presentations with C level executives in firms

Gross P&L targets

Ability to sell research studies / presales support

Bangalore based

Will involve travel

Teams across the country
