- Conducting/commissioning secondary & primary research.

- Designing interventions for pilots, sourcing innovation.

- Identifying need gaps and novel solutions for those working with partners to co-create.

- Writing papers and reports to establish thought leadership.

- Creating tools and frameworks, maintaining data assets and knowledge base.

- Measuring outcomes.

- Set up the research vertical and build the path for research.
