Research & Development Role - Technology Domain

Profile Specification : 

- Premium Institute preferable; Any stream of engineering

- Fresher preferred with the right aptitude and interest in applied research

- In case of experienced profiles, thorough understanding of basics, Signal processing/Image Processing/Android OS (worked on core OS of mobile)

- Prior coding knowledge is not mandatory

- Individual Contributor role

Role :

- Review and consolidate research papers on relevant technologies

- Review and consolidate patents in relevant niche technologies, competitors

Example: printing technologies, spectral analysis, image processing algorithms

Process followed :

R&D process: Applied research - our R&D team works on methods/technology to address specific industry requirement defined by product team. R&D is closely linked to development and works on a feedback loop with frequent proof-of-concept implementations.

Research usually follows the following steps :

Hypothesise - Acquire domain knowledge - run Simulations - Define PoC & ground truth - Develop PoC - Exhaustive Testing against ground truth theorize and adapt - repeat from step 2

- HLD/Product Design
