Role Description :

- Role entails researching, analyzing and writing on the area of IT/BPO trends in outsourcing and offshoring.

- Publish research reports on IT and BPO topics. This covers extensive reporting on trends and market dynamics on multiple dimensions of IT and BPO business.

- The candidate is expected to be a key contributor to these reports. These reports have factual data, insights and perspective for decision makers for both end clients and service providers.

- The candidate is expected to undertake discussions with SME, leverage company's data assets and secondary sources as required for creating these reports. Candidate is also expected to improve these reports on an ongoing basis with innovative ideas and themes

Requirements :

- 3 to 7 years of experience in business or IT outsourcing research, marketing or related field.

- Full-time MBA /PGDBM/equivalent from a reputed institute.

- Strong understanding of the IT and BPO marketplace preferred.

- Effectively assess each research requirement from clients.

- Exceptional writing, communication and presentation skills.

- The ability to extract meaningful information, form and test hypothesis and formulate a point of view based on interviewing internal and external experts, analyzing available data and secondary research.

- Strong working knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

- Solid understanding of tools and techniques used in market research.

- The ability to take complex, disparate ideas and distill them into simple, provocative concepts in one page or less.
