This involves working with private entities as well as government agencies. JOB REQUIREMENTS : The candidate should be well-versed with the domestic coal and mining scenario and should have a good understanding of the following (demonstrated by past work experience) : Sector related : - Mining acts, rules and regulations governing the mining sector, and the technical and operational aspects of mining engineering. - Business Modelling/ Pre-Feasibility Analysis of Coal and other mineral projects - Transaction Advisory Assistance for selection of Mine Developer cum Operator (MDO)/ Joint Venture Partner - Transaction Advisory Assistance to State Governments in auctions of mineral blocks - Bid Advisory and the associated modeling for Minerals Auctions Experience : 2-3 yrs Qualification : - B.Tech (Mining Engineering) preferably with MBA Skills : Essential Skill: : - MS-Excel modeling - Excellent Report writing and Presentation skills - Data handling ability What is in it for you?
