Research Analyst/Senior Research Analyst - Public & Social/Supply Chain/Digital Sector

One of the executive search consulting firm is hiring for multiple levels(Research Analyst/Senior Research Analyst) for multiple sectors such as (Public & Social Sector, Supply Chain Sector and Digital Sector). Relevant work experience required is 2-5 years. Location is Gurgaon.

Following is the crux of the role:

- Here one will be placed within the Knowledge management team where the candidate would be closely working on research related mandates which covers projects like talent research, talent mapping, company profiling, industry research and market mapping.

- PSS Sector: The Public Social Sector (PSS) Senior Research Analyst will leverage his/her research experience and passion for PSS to support collecting, coordinating and archiving of PSS insights, intellectual property and various initiatives. Key activities will include proactive knowledge capture, distribution and development of the firm's multiple knowledge management platforms, as well as the provision of assistance and advice to Consultants and Researchers on relevant resources, best practice and latest thinking.

- SCM: The Supply Chain Senior Research Analyst will leverage his/her research experience and passion for Supply Chain to support collecting, coordinating and archiving of insights, intellectual property and various initiatives. Key activities will include proactive knowledge capture, distribution and development of the firm's multiple knowledge management platforms, as well as the provision of assistance and advice to Consultants and Researchers on relevant resources, best practice and latest thinking.

- Digital Sector:The Digital Segment covers companies who want to disrupt their traditional business models as well as the - disrupters- themselves. This means that the Digital Segment enables all other practice groups (like Consumer, Financial Services, S) in their search for transformational roles and therefor wants to scale up its knowledge management team to support this development on a global scale.

Salary range - 6-11 LPA
