Research Analyst

Responsibilities :

- Planning and designing complete research studies.

- Support project progress reporting, project, midterm review and final evaluation.

- Periodically (monthly and quarterly) review the quality of data collected in the project; analyze and aggregate findings

- Support data Collection.

- Produce reports on M&E findings and prepare presentations based on M&E data as required.

- Measure achievement against the performance indicators.

- Manage key customer account and ensure long lasting relationships and grow them.

- Interact with Internal and external teams to ensure smooth flow of deliverables, on time and of high quality.

Qualifications :

- 6-10 yrs + experience in research projects.

- Good command over English and Hindi languages.

- Thorough with Research Concepts including Research methodologies, sampling Methods.

- Exposure to public health sector, health care domain.

- Familiar with research software like SPSS etc.
