Key Responsibilities:

- Contribute to the development of database by populating CXO profiles with their credentials

- Engaging with CXOs to understand and assess their career aspirations, preferences and compiling the same to the database

- Preparing market and business intelligence reports for Companies, Industries and creating newsletters to identify new business opportunities

- Building the knowledge management piece to help the internal stakeholders in driving the leadership advisory services to our stakeholders

- Being an active team player within the firm and play an instrumental role to drive LinkCXO vision, a first of a kind platform for CXO's to engage amongst themselves

- Doing market intelligence to understand the business requirements and identifying target industries / sectors / companies

- Preparing talent mapping reports and analyzing the landscape using Headhunting, Primary and Secondary research

- Creating a long list of talent pool and proactively engaging with prospective executives

- Involve in pre-sales and business development by doing a thorough research on the industry intelligence and identifying new revenue streams for the firm

Prerequisites:

- Well versed with Executive search process with at least 2 years of relevant experience

- Master's/Bachelor's degree from a Tier-1 Institute in India or Abroad

- Strong analytical skills, written & oral communication, Power-point presentation & Excel skills

- Proficiency with Executive research tools

- Flair to actively network with stakeholders
