- Strongly prefer a candidate that has worked in an equity PMS environment - At least 3 to 5 years experience in buy-side equity fund mgmt and a proven track record of stock selection prowess - Proven capabilities for equity stock selection or should come from a high performing PMS - Strong passion for equity markets - Strong equity research experience, preferably in growth stocks - Will be expected to participate in earnings calls, maintain equity models, track companies, research at co and sector level - Generalist across industries, able to learn new business models and sectors - Ability to analyse key fundamental factors driving investments - Wealth Spectrum usage experience preferred and understands regulatory requirements of PMS
