Research Analyst - Data Reporting & Visualization - KPO

- Work independently on designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions/dashboards using BI tools like PowerBI and Tableau with minimum direction from stakeholders

- Gather requirements, provide timelines, feasibility, and infrastructure requirements for various data visualization projects

- Determine the most appropriate, cost-effective, and timely solutions

- Analyze data to identify and implement new data and reporting solutions that provide meaningful insight to improve the effectiveness of business areas

- Engage with research leads from different industries to scout opportunities to create repeatable business intelligence assets

- Identify and highlight trends, nuances, and insights for the stakeholders

- Develop relationships with Global Research practice leads and consultants to display impact

- Provide effective on-the-job coaching and guidance to DRV affinity members

- Education: An undergraduate degree in relevant field or/and postgraduate from a respected institution and demonstrable analytical skills

- Experience: Relevant experience of 2-4 years of:

- Working in analytics team of a research set-up, data analytics firm or business Intelligence unit of a company

- Demonstrated knowledge in data cleaning, preparation, manipulation and creating insightful dashboards for internal reporting or external clients

- Candidates with secondary research experience will be preferred
