Our client is a leading mid- market investment bank with strong practices around M&A, PE, Capital Markets, Institutional Equities, Wealth Management, Insurance Broking, and Portfolio Management Services.

Roles & responsibilities:

The job involves conducting comprehensive research across sectors including, but not limited to:

- Company, industry & peer analysis

- Attending company meetings

- Financial & valuation modelling

- Preparing detailed checklists for selected portfolio company

- Liaise with the internal compliance and operations teams to ensure smooth running of the fund

Requirements:

- 10-12 years of relevant work experience

- MBA/CFA/CA are preferred but not the key criteria
