Research Analyst - BFSI - IIT

As a Research Analyst, the candidate will work with a senior analyst as part of the US Securitized Products Research team and will be expected to gather, track and analyze relevant data, update models/analysis, present findings to internal clients, etc.

We are looking for candidates with high levels of analytical capability, excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Job Responsibilities include

- Analyzing and evaluating structured products and securitized products

- Updating and analyzing various databases and models maintained by the team

- Writing-up ongoing updates

- Keeping track of relevant news reports on loans/assets

- Generating files/analyses for client requests

- Working with the NY team to generate new ideas as well as produce and publish research reports

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree from IIT or premier engineering college

- CFA (desirable)

IT Skills Required:

- Bloomberg

- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office applications

- Basic knowledge of programming languages (VBA)
