Research Analyst - Analytics/Consulting Firm

Looking for 4-7 years of experience in premier analytics and/or consulting firms or divisions of strategy consulting/investment banking, asset management, insurance, e-commerce, banking (Captives and 3rd parties).

- Master's degree (preferred) in a quantitative subject, such as Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Economics or an MBA in Finance from top tier institutes.

- Great analytical skills and detail-oriented approach. Ability to thinking through multiple dimensions of an issue utilizing available information.

- Sound knowledge or familiarity with core consulting/analytical frameworks.

- Expertise in advanced excels and presentation skills

- Comfortable with multi-tasking and experience in adapting to fast moving developments on projects

- Should be able to analyze data and information and conceptualize frameworks for analysis.

- Should be able to define hypothesis and develop answer first with a 360 degree view on the problem statements and present a structured approach developing a consultative framework for analysis.

- Work with various stakeholder, Experience performing complex analytical activity (Market mix analysis, Customer/ industry scoring, Sentiment Analytics, Cluster Analysis, Predictive Modeling, Loss Modeling/ Loss Development Factors, Index products, Market Basket Analysis).
