Were seeking a qualified business development specialist to extend our reach through expert discovery and exploration of new and untapped business opportunities and relationships. Our ideal candidate will be trusted to dive right in, take the lead, use initiative, and help grow Reproflex3 across the Indian Flexo Print Industry. Highly skilled at sales and business operations, this person will join and inspire a team of like-minded go-getters to achieve our company vision.

Job Responsibilities :

- Building and executing a proper business development strategy for the region

- Identifying and expand new opportunities for business within existing clients and new clients

- Work together with the Global Reproflex3 team to expand business in the region

- Achieve aggressive business target

- Create high Visibility of Reproflex3 services within Print Converters of the region

- Represent Reproflex3 in relevant forums

- Develop competitive study and monitor the market, provide feedback and strategic inputs to the Board of Directors regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and new product/service development ideas.

- Keep a track on Brand Movements and Print Converter Movements

Skills & Qualifications :

- 4-8 years of experience in graphic conversion Industry

- Excellent network with Print convertor at different level

- Successful track record of selling product or service to Print Convertor

- Knowledge of Brands & Design conversion process will be an added advantage

- Knowledge of Flexo Printing is preferred

- Ability to communicate in English and relevant local Language

- Excellent written & verbal Communication Skills

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Willingness to learn and adapt to the evolving industry needs

- Ability to lead Change Management
