Reproflex3 - Business Head

We are currently seeking a Business Head - for Reproflex3 India to drive business growth. The position will be responsible for all aspects of leading the team to produce and deliver the highest quality service to its clients. The role is aimed at taking over the responsibilities of the founding directors and thus it is critical for the candidate to uphold the highest standards of management for business growth.

Reporting To the Managing Director

Responsibilities -

- Develop a Business plan in agreement with the organisation's strategic objectives and execute it on the ground

- Work with Management to continuously evaluate portfolio for profitability improvement

- Provide leadership that supports the workplace culture improvement process inside the organisation and coordinate changes in methods and procedures to improve profitability and operational performance

- Develop customer and ensure customer relationships to achieve business goals

- Direct and coordinate financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments and increase efficiencies

- Manage cost control for all P&L items

- Develop an annual operating plan and capital spending plan with financial justifications

- Maintain annual spending within the approved plan level

- Promote and support through Leadership Team, training and development of all global location employees to enhance career goals, retention, succession planning and performance improvement

- Represent Organisation in relevant forums - Ensure Brand Building and Communicate the Brand values

Qualifications/Experience:

- Must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree or Master in Management, Packaging or Graphic Imaging

- Industry Exposure to Flexible packaging is a must

- Exposure to the Flexography industry will be an added advantage

- Must have a minimum of 15 years of experience in managing business growth

- Proven credentials in revenue growth stories
