Job Description :-

- Monthly closing of Books of Parent and Group Companies.

- Supervision of all accounting entries

- Statutory Compliances

- Finalization of quarterly/yearly accounts

- Preparation of Financial Statement

- Preparation of Tax Audit report and transfer pricing report

- Co-ordination with Statutory/Internal Auditors

- Evaluations of Internal control system at HO and plant

- Preparing workings and proper documentation for Assessment under Income and Sales Tax

- Working knowledge of GST

- Monitoring and controlling statutory dues and compliances

- Working knowledge of IND AS and Income disclosure statements

Additional Requirement:

- Qualifies chartered accountant

- Relevant experience with Public listed companies.
