1. Develop the Annual Operating Plans
2. Channel Acquisition and Relationship Management.

7. Develop, mentor and motivate the team spread across locations to achieve higher goals.
8. Generating Sales Revenue through various ecommerce means including B2C, B2B and DTC channels.
9. Complete Inventory Management and Analytics, Production Planning, Procurement and Vendor Development.
10. Managing Accounts and Finance and Preparing Profit and Loss and Cash Flow Statements
11. Research and Development, Market Study, Competitor Analysis, Segmenting, Positioning and Pricing Strategy for ecommerce.
12. Designing and Implementing SOPs for End-to-End Business Management from Launch of the Product until Sale and Accounting.
13. Accountable for multiple projects for overall business improvement-Search bash, Returns, Customer experience, assortment bench marking, promotion planning etc.
14. Vendor Management. Building and maintaining healthy business relations with brands.
15. Measuring the YTD / MTD / SPF/MPF & Margins, stock cover & sell thru.
16. Plan and manage range planning, Budgeting & forecasting & stock planning while conducting margin negotiations & space planning.
