Reporting/Data Analysis Role - Banking

Opportunity with an US Based Banking Firm:

Responsibilities includes:

- Design and development of MIS/business reporting and ad hoc analysis.

Design and Development :

- MIS and business reporting (BAU and ad hoc), business analysis, other data requirements (code, test and execute) and assist with simple analytics requirements (this is not a modeling/complex analytics role)

- Develop consistency across reports and develop meaningful dashboards and publish them, share best practices across information solutions group

MIS Reporting and Data Analytics:

- Undertake complex analysis to accomplish the project objective.

- Code, test and execute information systems projects. Standardization and efficient production of MIS reports across NA - achieved by having a standardized data flow, common definitions of metrics, consistent MIS formats leveraging the existing MIS available.

Data Extraction and Data Manipulation :

- Take ownership in extracting data from various data sources. This would require an understanding of the project objectives and data requirements, working with the huge databases to meet the data needs for the project.
