Reporting & Analytics - Investment Banking

Eligibility: Pass outs from tier one B-Schools MBA/CA/CFA with 7-8 years of Reporting & Analytics experience

Responsibilities:

- Candidate is responsible for financial and headcount planning and forecasting, for performance measurement and analytics, for global cost management, for the management in providing Key Service Providers including respective offshore resources, for the optimization of business support structures, for the liaison with the Central teams etc.

- Work with COO and Business Managers to identify and implement improvements and reduce duplication / redundancy in existing reports and to optimize and offshore reporting activities.

- Headcount analytics and control in close cooperation with the HR MIS teams.

- Work closely with BM to refine forecasting model

- Maintain and enhance Revenue Credit reporting and analysis including related Coverage cost allocation in close cooperation with the respective teams.

- Any number of ad hoc analysis and presentations.

- Assist on Cost Analysis / Service Relationship reviews

- KPI tracking for regional Heads in cooperation with regional BM
