JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Extract, collect and consolidate data from various sources and produce existing as well as create new reports that help the Business Management be more efficient and provide a better value-add service to the SMT
- Assist with following up to ensure compliance with relevant policies/procedures and involvement in making improvements - including: time reporting, financial forecasting, headcount planning
- Initiate and collect cross product data and meet deadlines for various exercises/fire drills and provide collective responses that satisfy the inquiries .
- Assist in managing all facets of daily local operations including assistance with the hiring process, on/off-boarding, travel, real estate/space planning, visitor support, events coordination, etc.
- Assist in developing senior management presentations by aggregating and synthesizing information.
- Get involved in all human capital/people engagement initiatives locally including Rewards & Recognition, Communications, Training & Development, Graduate Program coordination, etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills - will have interaction with senior technology and business unit managers. Demonstrated capabilities in reporting and data analysis.
- Demonstrated success in managing deliverables within aggressive timeframes; ability to cope under time pressures.
- Working knowledge, like PTS-W. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products - i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
