We are looking for a Solution Architect who uses his / her expertise in business analysis, solution design, implementation and technology to design effective solution blueprints for implementing Replicon's products for our customers. You will study the customers' current business processes to understand their key business problems and design creative, scalable solutions leveraging our SaaS product suite to deliver measurable value to our clients, and collaborate with the implementation and cross functional teams in delivering the designed solution.

You have:

- 10+ years of professional services experience. Minimum 3+ years of experience in demonstrating management and leadership skills, preferably in a fast-paced consulting or professional services set-up

- 5+ experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, solution design, presentation, and facilitation skills with Enterprise customers in SaaS environment

- Experience in HCM/PSA/WFM domain and/or SaaS delivery model is preferred

- Experience in a functional role in the implementation of ERP or SaaS solutions is desired

- Ability to effectively use the established frameworks in requirement gathering, design documentation, and sign-off

- Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time and prioritize the requirements of the various projects by collaborating with different customer teams globally

- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Business-grade language skills

What you'll do:

- Responsible for Replicon solution architecture and design for all customer engagements.

- Lead requirements gathering, analysis and conduct design workshops with multiple customer stakeholders to solve customer business problems with Replicon solutions

- Review the requirements shared (Post sales documents, other documents), check feasibility / scalability of the solution proposed to meet the customer requirements

- Responsible for solution design blueprint for implementing Replicon product(s) for multiple client projects. Brainstorm solutions with internal and client teams wherever required to finalize design. Create buy-in with executives and stakeholders on the customer-side to agree on the proposed design.

- Perform Gap Analysis / Identify Solution gaps and develop appropriate gap closure options.

- Review the deliverables from the Implementation team to ensure that the solution is built per the agreed design, and holding the Implementation team accountable to meet the success criterion of the project and outcome metrics.

- Provide candid, meaningful feedback and progress updates in a timely manner to the Project Delivery Manager / Implementation Manager and team on any potential risks related to Solution design and / or the agreed success criterion
