The Director, Marketing owns all of the programs, campaigns, and strategies that contribute to marketing's opportunity, pipeline, and revenue goals. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting market research, creating messaging and positioning, competitive analysis, and driving the marketing plans. This position reports directly to the VP of Marketing Operations and requires extensive collaboration with Product Marketing, Campaign Marketing, Content Marketing, Website Marketing, and Sales.
This person will be collaborating closely with counterparts in our Silicon Valley, USA office including our Senior Executive Team.
Roles and responsibilities
Replicon is looking for someone who can:-
- Work closely with the Product Marketing team for in-depth market research and create demand generation action plans closely
- Detail and in-depth market research, competitive analysis, quantitative analysis on savings, ROI, price determination, understanding of the industry needs and persona's involved
- Work closely with the Demand gen team to understand their channels and will be accountable for the execution of the Demand gen roadmap.
- Improve operational processes and reporting related to demand generation programs measure effectiveness, performance, and ROI of marketing spend
- Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing automation system to better leads, increase conversion rates to marketing qualified leads, and improve the integrity of the overall database
- Develop integrated programs that significantly increase the marketing database and overall pipeline (e.g., Feature releases, product launches, external webinars)
- Work closely with the content marketing and product marketing teams to develop (write, drive review process, publish) and promote marketing materials to drive awareness and interest
Skills required
- 10+ years of experience in marketing roles focused on B2B demand generation and owning the product marketing strategies and executing
- Master at developing, executing, and measuring innovative and results-focused demand programs and campaigns
- Experience in working directly with product marketing and sales teams to build pipeline and accelerate deals in the pipeline
- Experience in Customer market experience. Experience in handling campaigns for large enterprise account, globally will be plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects in an agile and deadline-driven environment
- You love digging into data - analysing performance metrics for different marketing campaigns
- Preference for working in a collaborative, cross-team, cross-cultural environment
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field; MBA is a plus
