Position Overview

The PMO – Co-ordinator will assist in the definition and maintenance of the Quality Metrics, Project management and processes within Replicon. He will be responsible for conducting frequent audit checks, providing inputs and support to Customer Success leaders in maximising performance and effectiveness of teams. Act as the source of documentation, guidance on the practice of project management / execution in Replicon. He will work closely with the CSM Management Team and Training function to ensure the appropriate coaching solutions are implemented. He will report to the Senior Customer Success Manager.

The role requires the employee to work in the North-American shift timings.

Responsibilities:

- Setting up Standards and defining quality procedures in conjunction with operation.

- Effective tracking and communication of project status and metrics

- Collation of status reporting across multiple segments

- Support the creation and improvement of processes, procedures, and tools

- Assist and advise leaders, managers, and teams to

- the best use of project management disciplines and approaches within a fast-paced environment

- Improve upon the quality metrics

- Report operations achievements and progress to the Manager on a regular basis including statistical analysis and improvement of action plans.

- Act as a reference point for PMO queries and information and an advocate for best practices

- Maintain processes to ensure documentation, reports and plans are relevant, accurate and complete

- Share lessons learned and best practices across segments.

Qualification:

- Hands on experience in quality management (TQM, Process improvement, Quality Management, Six Sigma)

- Must have a good understanding of a ‘Services Business’ in a high tech environment.

- 6+ years of professional experience with minimum 4+ years in a related function is required, enterprise implementation preferred.

- Should be success oriented.

- Excellent analytical skills

- Strong verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.

- Must be customer service and delivery oriented and believe in teamwork, collaboration, adaptability and Initiatives.

- Proven PMO/Project Analyst or Coordinator experience and knowledge of project management.

- Expert in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
