The Partner Sales Enablement Manager will be responsible for maximizing the volume of leads generated through Replicon's partner engagement initiatives and have to evaluate and develop a sustainable strategy to onboard, manage and enable partners through joint sales and marketing initiatives. This position reports directly to the Director, Demand Generation and requires extensive collaboration with key stakeholders. Willing to work in the PST time zone Responsibilities: - Accountable to identify and qualify potential partners to support overall demand generation initiatives. - Ensure smooth onboarding of partners (Manage negotiations and partner agreements). - Accountable to engage with all partners on weekly basis to increase the growth. - Responsible to report the Partner leads, its stages, closure, and work on the obstacles. - Responsible to plan and organize sales enablement, product and solutions training for partners. - Accountable for various marketplaces, understand our ranking progress on partner site and keep working around the progress. - Devise data-driven marketing and demand generation campaigns to support partner sales efforts. - Responsible to evaluate partner performance and recommend improvements. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field; MBA is a plus. - 10+ years of experience in partner marketing roles focused on outbound B2B. - Experience of working in global market (NA/ EMEA/ and or ANZ). - Experience in content development, interpersonal and presentation skills. - Experience of understanding customers- needs and develop campaign based on these attributes. - Experience of proven analytical background- data driven decisions, tweaks, and improvements. - Experience of understanding of partner engagement models in technology and software business. - Ability to manage multiple projects in an agile and deadline-driven environment. - Preference for working in a collaborative, cross-team, cross-cultural environment. People Management Experience is a plus
