Replicon is seeking a Director of Customization and Integration Services Engineering, who will lead the rapidly growing engineering services team with the goal of delivering end-to-end business solutions by extending the core products capabilities with customizations and integrations. In this role you will manage a team of solution architects, developers, quality assurance resources and business analysts in their day-to-day tasks and in the delivery of custom solutions.

You have :

- 14 - 20 years of proven software product development and delivery experience preferably in an enterprise Cloud or SaaS business

- Minimum of 5+ years in Software Engineering or services leadership role managing and delivering multiple or concurrent customer projects

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience in the software industry

- Thorough understanding of the Product Development Lifecycle

- Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational abilities

- Proven ability to lead large groups, direct multiple projects & status meetings

- Good understanding of RPA or integration technology (preferable)

- Knowledge and experience in the following technology and frameworks:

- .NET 2+, C#, ASP.NET, Windows Forms, WCF, WPF

- Experience in Python and other programming languages is a must

- Experience working with AJAX and DHTML

- Web services (SOAP, JSON etc.)

- Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008 and/or Postgresql

- Integration Technologies such as XML, WSDL, Apache Airflow, Microsoft BizTalk, Boomi, Mulesoft etc

What you'll do :

- You will work closely with Replicon's Solution Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support, Core Product Engineering and Product Management teams to provide the highest quality of customized products for customers

- Hire, mentor and manage the customization & Integrations engineering team

- Schedule, assign appropriate resources and project manage constant stream of customer projects

- Work closely with the customer success team, pre-sales, sales and the customers to understand the business requirements and plan meticulous software product delivery

- Ensure quality of deliverables by enforcing development and delivery guidelines, be responsible for managing projects involving design and development of reusable components and ensure high quality QA processes

- Evolve development and delivery processes wherever required to achieve 100% customer satisfaction

- Build, scale and lead a fanatically customer success driven culture

- Implement repeatable & scalable process and methodology to meet and exceed service level agreements

- Ensure the team receives the appropriate coaching, training and feedback so that they can do their job effectively

- Liaise with internal engineering and product management teams to build repeatable products and get the job done
