Position Overview :
Replicon is searching for self-motivated individuals to join our successful team as a Customer Success Manager (CSM) in our Bangalore office. This opportunity will use your skills as a product expert and a strategic relationship builder to grow and maintain current Replicon Customers.
- We want our CSMs to use their own exceptional strategic relationship building ability combined with our innovative product strategy to build on a long term career opportunity within our company.
- We are looking for driven individuals who exude confidence, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strategic accounts and relationships and have worked in a similar role previously.
- The role requires the employee to work in the North-American shift timings.
Responsibilities :
- Master Replicon's innovative system for managing customer growth and building strategic relationships
- Effectively manage all of your customer relationships while building strategic growth plans and working with other supporting teams in Replicon
- Stay current with your product knowledge of Replicon's software solutions
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline
- 7+ years of inside sales experience with demonstrated achievement of quota /revenue goals
- Experience managing strategic customer relationships, preferably to the North American audience
- Proven experience working with computers and/or software applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be willing to work in North America shift timing
