Replicon - Business Analyst

Position Overview

- Replicon Inc is currently looking for a Business Analyst for its Sales Operations function. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Marketing and Sales Operations, the individual will be responsible to support the sales leaders in reporting and analysis and also build operational excellence in its Sales operations function.

Responsibilities

- Responsible for defining, analyzing and communicating key metrics and business trends for the Sales teams across the globe.

- Create regular Sales pipeline, forecasting and productivity reports for global sales leaders.

- Analyze data for patterns that indicate problems that need to be addressed or opportunities to investigate. Investigate root causes and work with sales leaders to address the issues or opportunities.

- Creating new reports and dashboards in Salesforce.com and manage the existing reports and dashboards

- Work closely with IT/Business Applications to estimate and justify new efforts, define business requirements, and ensure effective business user acceptance testing.

- Work closely with internal customers to understand current and future business needs. Also identify and analyze any needs and trends requiring special attention.

- Exhibit the ability to take initiative, work with minimal daily direction, and prioritize time effectively to deliver in a timely manner.

Qualifications

- Graduation is a must, MBA is an added advantage

- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience

- Strong analytical skills with ability to provide data-backed analysis and work with large data sets

- Advanced user in Microsoft Excel and proficient in other MS Office tools for managing and presenting data

- Knowledge/Experience in working on an ERP environment and Salesforce.com

- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to organize, multitask, work independently on several projects and meet deadlines

Work Timings: 06:00 P.M. to 03:00 A.M. IST (north american time zone)
