Who are we :

RentSetGo (www.rentsetgo.co) is a peer to peer mobile marketplace that enables people and businesses to rent products from one another. Our current category focus is travel which includes products like motorcycles, cameras, accessories, camping gear, high-end bicycles etc. Our App is live on PlayStore and available by invite only to build a trust worthy community on our platform. We have over 5K users and 2500+ live listings across 3 cities. We are looking for driven individuals with the right skill set and mind set looking to take RentSetGo to the next level across India.

Job Description :

- Manage City P&L

- Create city level supply chain and manage vendor on boarding and relations thereon

- Scout business borrowers and keep a tab on competitive landscape

- Lead on-ground dispute resolution activities

- To drive sales through strategic partnerships in association with the Partnerships Head

- Communicating need for and ensuring smooth hiring and training to meet manpower requirement in the sales and business development team

- Setting weekly/monthly targets for the city sales team and tracking performance

- Analyze sales and adoption trends; contribute to change short-term/long-term sales strategy accordingly

Qualifications :

- Total of 2-3 years of experience in Sales and/or Business Development

- Experience working in small, but quickly expanding teams

- Highly organized, fluent communicator and highly ambitious

- Good MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
