This role is for someone keen on getting in on the ground floor of a startup, with the opportunity to build out and shape the operations function and work directly with the management in scaling the business.  Job Description  - Running customer delivery, developing and managing systems and processes, and following up the regular routine with the on-ground operations team.  - Monitor Order/Delivery planning, issues & escalations and provide decisions & directions to site team.  - Have good experience in one or more of the following: Marketplace, Planning & Buying, e-commerce, Retail, Supply Chain Management, Vendor Management, Partner Experience  - This role will cover management of wide range of issues, from strategic contracts management to input on day-to-day operations.  - Emerging trends drive demand planning, customer-focused fulfillment strategies, production planning, margin expansion and forecasting.  - Share insights and statistics with the Leadership team to bridge the gap.  - Coordinate across different functions to deploy processes and systems.  - Coaching and leadership skills that bring out the best of the team.  - Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded  Criteria  - Leadership level in the organization.  - Strong SCM / General Management skills are required.  - 8+ years of relevant operations (preferably including fraud prevention) industry experience.  - You've got a strong orientation towards systems & processes and hate disorder.  - You- re exceptional at team dynamics and great at keeping up energy levels, momentum & relations.  - You- re customer-centric with a natural instinct to relate to their needs & problems.  - Proven track record driving change and innovation.  - Strong ability to source and analyze data to drive business strategies and decisions.
