Salary Offered : 5 - 7 LPA Rentomojo seeks a self-starter who will contribute to the design and execution of efficient and innovative capital market transactions that allow Rentomojo to grow and deliver new products and services to customers. Key Responsibilities: - Manage company's capital structure and review with senior leaders. - Partner with various business teams to support financing decisions. - Identify and interact with the prospective investors for the sale and leaseback of assets. - Documentation for onboarding investors and serve as the key point of contact for the investor community. - Build analytical models to evaluate capital structure decisions including financing, the return of capital, and contingency planning. - Model credit rating outcomes and assist in managing the relationship with rating agencies. - Support maintenance, user entitlement and activities relating to Treasury workstation and electronic banking portals. - Provide broad-based, analytical support to the Treasury team for global cash management processes and initiatives. Basic Qualifications: - Chartered Accountant / MBA Finance or 2+ years of experience in Treasury, Finance or banking industry. - Adept with MS excel, word, PPT and other similar tools. - Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
